- How do I place an order?
It’s Simple to use our portal. If you’re on Home page, it is very likely that you are already on www.edunovate.in. Go to the link on top that says ‘Shop’. Once there, select the products you want to buy and add them to the Shopping Cart. When you are ready to checkout or complete your purchase, click on the “Shopping Cart” icon on top of the page. You may then create a new account, log into an existing account, or check out as a guest member and follow the steps to finish the process. Once done, you will receive an email from us confirming your order along with an order confirmation number.
- I have a discount or coupon code. How do I use it?
When you go to your Shopping Cart, there will be a field called ‘Apply Coupon’. Use that area to enter the code. Be careful while entering it. It should be exactly the way you got it. Watch for extra spaces or exclamation marks!
- What payment methods do you accept?
We provide a wide range of payments options to make it convenient for you to shop with us. We accept all major Credit Cards including Visa, Master card. We also accept all Visa Master card and Maestro Debit Cards. You can also pay using your Net banking or Cash Card.
- What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free regular shipping all over India. We have tie-ups with various logistics partners and use the one that can reach you the fastest. For areas where couriers don’t have service, we use Indian Speed Post service. Once your order is dispatched to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can also check the status of your order after logging in to your account.
- How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving it.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. However, for that, please email email@example.com to get an estimate of the shipping cost. Once you approve, we will send across a secure payment link. Once the payment is made, the order will be dispatched using the agreed form of shipping.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can also check the status of your order after logging in to your account.
- What is your return policy?
If you receive a product in damaged condition or different from what you ordered, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving it so we can resolve the issue. Return items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- I have placed the order but I want to change it now.
Please email us on email@example.com immediately. If the product has not been shipped already, we will assist you in changing it.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will be in touch with you and cancel the order if it has not already been shipped.
